I was planning to grab a USB C to 3.5mm adapter for my phone, but then I saw the delivery charge is £10. For such a small USB adapter, that's just plain crazy! Guess I'll have to look for it somewhere else.

OUTRIGHT DECEIVERS. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS! They have no respect for UK LAW and peddle defective products. I ordered a DAP, and what I got was a used, faulty device without any heads-up about its condition. I spent a whole week trying to make it work, but no luck. When I attempted to return it, they straight-up lied, claiming I had no rights. But under 'distance selling' rules, they’re supposed to refund me once I notify them of the return. I even sent them the UK government’s website that backs this up, but they just laugh off the law. Now, I’m gearing up to take them to court. Honestly, they seem like some shady operators in the UK; I’ve never encountered such hostility before.

This store is definitely a must-try! The prices are fantastic, the communication is superb, and the delivery is lightning fast with tracking. I wouldn't think twice about shopping here again.

Had a pretty good experience overall, but UPS sure made the delivery a bit of a hassle.

I placed an order with this company, but when the delivery time rolled around, I got nothing. I shot them an email to check on my order, and they replied with info saying I had to wait over 10 weeks! Seriously, this is ridiculous. Why didn’t they let me know right away when I ordered? Their communication is really lacking! So, I made the choice to cancel my order, not just because of the long wait, but because they were unprofessional and seemed to ignore their customers!

I got myself an open box deal from this company. It was in perfect shape and I saved a nice chunk of change. The item showed up way ahead of the expected delivery date. I was absolutely thrilled!

The service was lacking, and the gear just didn’t meet my requirements. I never received a complete refund, just a credit note for your store, which isn’t helpful for what I need. Now, I’ve ended up buying stuff I didn’t want. I’ve ordered three pairs of headphones, but I’m still waiting for them to arrive, and it’s been more than two weeks. If you care about good customer service and getting your money back, steer clear of this company.
